Research On Electronic Current Transformer For Measurement

With the unceasing increment of the power transmission capacity and the enhancement of the voltage of the electrical net, the conventional current transformer has exposed several shortcomings that cannot be overcome. More and more attention is paid to the research on advanced optical and photoelectric transformers by some scientific research units. Up to now, however, there have not formed the production transformers that are applicable to actual conditions. This paper mainly introduces the method how to realize the design and the manufacture of the practical electronic current transformer.This paper presents the working principle of photoelectric current transformers and details the whole process of the design and the manufacture, and makes the daring attempt and the exploration to advanced electronic current transformers from the theory and the practice. It proposes a practical new kind of method that employs high voltage power, and obtains good results providing a reference to production of electronic current transformers.
