Heavy—duty Coating is one of the coating with longer Service life and stronger adaptability to hard environment and has applied widely in the field of ship' s corroding protect. Due to Nanometer material has Special effect, there has a trend using Nanometer material to improve the mechanics performance and anti-corroding performance of coating.In the present paper, nanometer complex coating was synthesized by EP as the substrate, Polyamide as curing agent, Zinc powder as negative pole protect materials and TiO2 nanoparticles modified by PMAA-NH4 as strengthened agent. In the paper, the influence of different dispersant and TiO2 nanoparticls properties was be studied. Through analyzing the causes of corrosion and breakage character of ship in detail and combining current situation of relevant research, salt-fog-corrosion experiment, soaking corroding experiment was choused to inspect the nano- TiO2 complex coating's anti-corroding performance. At the same time, SEM, DTA and so on optimized the experiment.The experiment results indicated that the complex coating has the advantage of low curing temperature, construction convenient and high mechanics performance and anti-corroding performance. After 24 soaking corroding, 190 hours salt-fog-corrosion experiment and 240 hours exposure to UV-ray lamp, the complex coating can still meet actual need.In addition, curing mechanism, super-dispersant modified mechanism and Nanometer material Enhance mechanism is analyzed in the paper.
