Capacity Evaluation During The Reconstruction Of Mountainous City Affected By Environment And Landscape

During the development and construction of the present cities, city planning science trends to capacity controlling, which is so good for urban supervision and design that it will improve the environment and enhance the efficiency of the land use. There are a lot of mountainous city in our country. Because of terrain, most of these cities lack the land for construction. At the same time, unreasonable capacity exploitation has existed. The land in center section has been overused, which led to deteriorate the environment and residents'living level. In the background, as one sub-topic of the total subject, this paper illustrates the capacity influence by environment and landscape factor in reconstructing the old center district. Based on this, the paper summarizes the evaluation system on environment and landscape factor and puts forward the design strategy. The thesis mainly discusses three parts. Firstly, it perceives environment and landscape factor and sets forth these factors how to influence the construction. Secondly, It establishes the multi-index evaluated system, which uses for evaluating the impact. The last mainly brings forward corresponding city-planning strategy. It is the aim that weakens or avoids a series of influences by over-exploitation in order to harmonize the reconstruct with the environmental protection and landscape design in the center district.
