| Switched Reluctance Machine (SRM) is the outgrowth with the combination linkage of the mechatronics theories, the modern power electronics technique and the advanced microprocessor control technique,which not only has low-cost strong structure, good fault-tolerant and heat-resistant capability but also has excellent controlling-ability. Thus, switched reluctance machine is widely used in drive and speed regulating field. In this paper, the present state of SRD in the world is introduced, and it's basic structure, characteristic and operating principle are represented. A new phase inductance mathematical model is put forward aimed at three phases 12/8 poles SRM by experimental findings, by comparing the simulation results with actual results, this model is made sure correct and feasibility. In the controller, the TMS320LF2407 of TI Company is used as the main control unit. Corresponding peripheral circuits which include protective circuit of over-current and over voltage are designed. The methods of APC combined with PWM are adopted and in order to reach the desired rotating speed PI-Adjustment is used in this paper. The necessary logic operation in this paper is processed by CPLD, which can make the control circuit simple and safe reliability. IR2113 is used flexibly to meet the need of driving in the power inverter, which make the driver simple, economic and flexible. Modular programming can increase readability and tractability. |
