| Petroleum is an important energy goods, and become strategic materials more and more, its production and consumption receive the attention of the government all around the world. The resources of our country are limited, and the energy is wasted seriously, all this puts forward higher requests for petroleum exploitation. But the problem in oil field in our country is that the electric energy is being highly consumed in equipments of petroleum extraction and being used without registration, which cause petroleum production cost increased. That design an energy-conserving electromechanical integrate drive device for the oil field exploitation is very important for petroleum production. In this thesis, according to the real working situation of the oil field an electromechanical integrate drive device is designed, witch composed of energy-conserving transformer, energy-conserving motor and intellectual control system. Compare to the old electromechanical drive device, no matter from product cost, price or operation performance the new one all have enormous superiority. In this paper, according to electromagnetic principle, new-type good performance transformer for the oil field is designed first, and its operation performance and factory cost are tested and compared with that of the original ones, its characters that energy-conserving , material-saving and product cost-lowing can be seen clearly. Then, based on the electrical machinery and electrical machinery design theories, the energy-conserving motor is designed, witch designed for the beam-pumping unit and meets the actual demands of different operating status separately. And then the mathematic and physical model of this motor is set up, model's function equation and boundary condition is given, using sine time-varying field and multi-slice finite element method, the motor is numeral calculated and electromagnetic analyzed separately, thus verify the design dependability of the motor theoretically. Last, the intelligent control system is designed, in its hardware circuit ordinary relay, vacuum contactor or solid state relay are adopted to ensure the circuit conversion of transformer and motor, PLC or the singlechip are used to send out the commands of changing as the central processing unit; In software design, the assembler language is used to write the control program, which control the working voltage of the system dynamic varying, and prevents the stealing of the electric energy. These control measures take the transformer time-varying voltage controlling and driving together, and ensure the continuously well work of the beam-pumping unit in the oil field. During the design, the actual operation statuses in the oil field are considered fully. Through field running and tests, the intellectual controlled integrated drive device with energy-conserving transformer economize the electric energy effectively, increase the degree of difficulty of stealing the electricity greatly, satisfy the oil exploitation work of oil field's well. |
