In this paper, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) dynamics model relevant problem is researched. Subsystem characteristic of ABS dynamics model is analyzed systematically theoretically. The mathematical model, of a vehicle, a tyre, a braking system and a driving system is established. And then, a dynamical ABS simulation is conducted by using the Matlab/Simulink software. It is proved that the ABS control strategy adopted in this text can anti-lock effectively. Set up ABS Simulation Test Bed according to the "Hardware in the loop (HIL)"technique, the simulation system can be used to analyzing ABS hardware, control logic and other ABS development system. Following the direction of the proposed scheme, details of construction process of the ABS Simulation Test Bed including the software part, hardware part and interface part are discussed with consideration of its functions extended. The software test program, which is built by VB6.0, can realize making the collection of the pressure of braking wheel p ump and sending out wheel speed pulse. It can be used in the vehicle field test after extending. The research results of this thesis offer a ABS Simulation Test Bed to research ABS at laboratory, can carry on appraising to the characteristic of ABS controller, and adjust controller's parameter before road test. So, ABS Simulation Test Bed, which is a strong tool for developing ABS ECU,ABS HCU and so on, has the signification for shortening and studying time and saving the research funds.
