The Design And Application Of A Special Test Equipment For The Portable Maintenance Aid

The first-line maintenance equipment of the UAV(a kind of hollow,long endurance multi-purpose UAV)--the Portable Maintenance Aid is frequently used in production commissioning,acceptance test and troubleshooting,so it has a large production.However,we do not have a special test bench to test its functions to improve efficiency.Therefore,we decided to carry out research in this area.This paper describes the special test equipment for the integrated maintenance and test equipment designed by myself.Through the analysis of requirements of functions and requirements,the special test equipment is designed to meet the functional test requirements of the integrated maintenance and test equipment.The main contents include: the demand decomposition of the special test equipment(through the interpretation and decomposition of the overall requirements and usage requirements,the function and performance requirements that the special test equipment should meet are put forward;then according to the function and performance requirements,the aichitecture of the special test equipment that meet the requirements is designed);the hardware design of the special test equipment is carried out;This paper mainly introduces the software design of the special test equipment、Intelligent Detection and Test System,and elaborates the overall architecture of the test software and the structure,function and logic flow of each functional module.In the end of this paper,the special test equipment for the integrated maintenance and test equipment is tested and verified.The test results show that the function and performance of the special test equipment can meet the design requirements,and can support the acceptance test and troubleshooting of the integrated maintenance and test equipment.
