The industry turbine is used for driving other turning mahine and directly output power to external. In heavy chemical fertilizer factory, the industry steam turbine have a important position, and the five heavy assembling unit, as the heart of the factory, all are driven by the heavy steam turbine. The industry steam turbine have a good efficiency and steady work is very important for the factory in safe producing. The type of 3102JT industry steam turbine for the carbon dioxide compressor in the carbamide unit device, have more trouble than the other four heavy steam turbine. One of the trouble is the last stage blade having more than a time appearing fissure, as a result, the unit device had to stop for repairing and had a bad affect on the producing.By the survey and statistics, and using the way of the analyse of the chemical component of the blade material, the analyse of gold phase diagram, the analyse of fracture, and the calculating, we can find out the cause of the blade lose efficacy what have been written in this article. And from the direction of construction project, this article have a scientific, reasonable and economy method for the cause.The main cause of the steam turbine blade lose efficacy is that the blade produce resonance as some type of vibration, and the last conclusion in this article verify this theory again. The reason of producing resonance is both the inadequacy in design and the problem about material, running, repairing. For preventing blade resonance, it must be solved by many field. On the theory, the analyse of the forced in distortion type blade should be perfectd further.
