In this thesis the actuality and development of monitoring blade vibration in China and abroad is summarized. In order to get the vibrant amplitude and frequency of a turbine blade, a method capable of measuring each blade in a rotating row that called tip-timing measurement is presented in this paper. While measuring asynchronous vibration. Only one capacitance probe is used with another used as tachometer adapter. A high accuracy system of vibration measurement on rotational blade has been developed in this dissertation. Moreover emluator and experimentation is used to check the method's validation and well foreground.Synthetically analyse oscillation signals'frequency spectrums of different kinds of faults. In the experiment system, researched in theory and experiment about a few kinds of faults which are common in steam turbine blades.
