| Container terminal which is the hinge between sea-transportation and land-carriage is the most important logistics node in all taches of international supply chain. In order to accommodate international container transportation trade's rapid development and the trend of the jumbo container vessels, automated container terminal must be researched and designed.In automated container terminal based on modern logistic technologies such as information technology, automation technology, intellectualized technology and electronic technology, all the process such as transportation between quay to yard, operation of the yard, in-out of the gate are automation, so it can improve productivity of the container handling equipments and reduce the stay time of the ship and increase the container throughput. Therefore this paper chiefly discussed layout and design, modeling, control, simulation of ACT by acting logistic system of automation container terminals as the study object on the background of the forementioned contents.Firstly, this paper made a layout and design of logistics system on ACT. The paper put forward a new-style container handling technology project based on compare and analysis between ACT with traditional terminal, which is composed as shore container crane and automated guided vehicle(AGV) and automated stowed crane, and designed plane layout , and pointed out the system character and operation flow, and analyzed AGV dispatch principle and dispatch rule, and studied the traffic regulation and the resolvent to vehicle collision, and designed AGV logic, control, and analyzed and discussed the design principle and evaluation criterion on automated container terminal.Secondly, this paper put forward the basic consideration about terminal simulation by inducting time parameter to container terminal model on the base of stochastic Petri net (SPN) theory. The paper adopted as SPN implement regulation which has relation with transition according to the characters of logistics system on automated container terminal by analyzing and comparing two kind of SPNimplement regulations and set up a theory model about automated container terminal and computed system state's steady probability and analyzed model's performance indexes on the base of reachability and Markov Chain.Thirdly, this paper put forward a fuzzy control method of dynamic dispatching automated guided vehicle on automated container terminal and carried out function design of container terminal fuzzy control and made an example as an explain on the base of fuzzy control system theory.Finally, this paper set up simulation model about automated container terminal and made a simulation experiment on the base of logistic system simulation software Witness. According to research purpose this paper establishmented simulation targets and designed basic parameters of model, operation flow, cell modules, and defined stat performance parameters so that these evaluated the model performance. According to simulation targets this paper establishmented simulation contents and simulation projects and simulation conditions. The paper studied machine dispatch , mode, handling technology, operation capacity, facility optimizer collocation and other work situation by simulation experiments. |
