With the developing of international shipping business and the increasingly automated of container terminal,the production and operation process of the traditional container terminal has been unable to meet the existing automated container terminal operation efficiency and economic benefit,and research on the intelligent has been a hot issue of automated container terminal.The main content of this paper is a detailed analysis of automated container terminal intelligent system architecture.On the basis of intelligent system,we establish mathematical model and corresponding algorithm abut the three core modules of automated container terminal(container loading problem,crane work plan,automatic stowage).(i)In the research of container loading problem,first this paper briefly introduces the development history and research status of the problem.Then gives the definition of the classic Knapsack Container Loading Problem(KCLP)generalized layer of the loading process and put forward the prior probability search algorithm to solve this problem.Finally,we extend the algorithm to fit the multiple constraints KCLP.(ii)In the research of crane work plan(CWP),this paper analyzes the formulation and implementation of crane work plan on the existing container terminals,we will divide CWP process into three sub modules:programming the crane working location,programming the working time of each crane,optimizing the CWP block.Then we put forward the CWP algorithm based on dynamic programming and heuristic search algorithm.(iii)In the research of automatic stowage,this paper analyzes the overall objectives and constraints of automatic stowage requirements.Firstly,about the whole ship automatic stowage plan we put forward the global programming algorithm.This algorithm can be divided into the following five stages:(1)Formulate the pre-stowage manifest and the move order of pre-stowage slot.(2)Get the CWP sequential block based on the CWP.(3)Divide the pre-stowage slot and pre-container into some group.(4)Static stowage.(5)Optimize the container stowage sequence.Secondly,we design the local automatic stowage recursive algorithm based on the whole yard scoring evaluation method.And corresponding we design a evaluation strategy for the pre-container.
