Slippage shipment is an important part of the project execution of large structure including platform jacket and platform block, by which the classic construction method is replaced for great decreasing the cost. During this process, the dynamic measure, calculation and adjustment control to the ballast liquid height is needed along with the movement of the large structure center of gravity and the change of the environment. But now the shipment is controlled by the experience and manual measurement, which is impossible to ensure the safety. In this paper, based on the systemic analysis of barge force, module calculation and computer measure-control technology is used to deal with the barge control, which improves the veracity, security and reliability of the shipment and has important engineering and application foreground. The main research of this paper can be included as follows: 1. Based on the research of structure construction process, the influence of design for different style of structure shipment and environment factors is analyzed and qualification that influences the barge stability is also discussed. 2. According to the barge force analysis the mathematic module of automatic water ballast adjustment is built and the heel and trim carriage of barge is controlled through the ballast water height adjustment. Meanwhile the change of tide and ballast pump capability is also thought over to the module for catholicity. 3. The hardware design of the system which is built with industrial computer as its center, RS485 as its communication, data collection system consisting of liquid height auto-detected system, inclinometer and laser telemeter and the system composed by output module D1712 is done, 4. Software development is done to the system, which is made up of systemic equipment, barge and large structure database, data processing module, measure control module and communication. 5. Carry out the experiment simulation and through comparing the calculation data from two slide styles and three different conditions of shipment the water adjustment module and software is testified.
