The ballast water technology of slippage shipment process of the large structuretechnology of slippage shipment which is a key job in developing the ocean owns thecharacteristic of high specialty, high technology and big risk. At present, the researchwork about it that is still at the state of keeping monopolized and secret is also rarely.Moreover, it is the badly in need of consulting the problems that how to effectivelyand reasonably control the lading process and how to improve the dependability andefficiency of the work. Therefore, the study in the slippage shipment adjustable loadtechnology under such a circumstance has a great significance.Based on analyzing the force-taking of the barge in the process of lading whichis modeled in the study, the paper expounds the specific characters that effect thelading process and builds the model of ballast handing using theMOOP(Multi-objective Optimization Problem) and provides a better proposal relyingon the hybrid algorithm of GA(Genetic Algorithm) and PSO(Particle SwarmAlgorithm). The research object is the process of the large structure slippage shipment.In order to coordinate the lading work and the auto-adjustment and lower thedeviation, we mainly aim at the following substances:1. Based on the ship statics principle, we establish a universal optimizationadjustment load model by analysing and calculating the barge stability, floating statechanges and the regular pattern in the slippage shipment.2. Through the optimization analysis of ballast water in slippage shipment, wehave the method of pumping and drainage improved. Furthermore, a series of indexeswhich are used to select and evaluate the adjustment method are set up.3. By analyzing the factors that effect the process of slippage shipment,adopting the method of multi-targets optimization to solve the load adjustmentproblems in the slippage shipment and analyzing the feature of GA and PSO, we put itinto use in the process of slippage shipment and calculate the optimization schematicimplemented by Matlab software.4. Building a measurement and control system of barge based onAS(Automation Staion) and PC Station in order to acquire and analyse the experimental data in the slippage shipment process which is simulated under thecircumstance of multiple load, and evaluate the method of the slippage shipment.
