Slippage shipment is an important part of the project execution of large structure.In order to eliminate deviation and uncertainly factors in the process of slippage shipment which is result from manual measurement, meanwhile improve the safety and exactitude properties of the execution, the special optimal theorm will be rendered.In addition, the execution of slippage shipment will be simulated with the software containing optimal idea by supervising and controlling the barge's pose to ensure the safety and science of the whole execution.In this paper, based on the systemic analysis of barge force, module calculation and computer measure-control technology is used to deal with the barge control, which improves the veracity, security and reliability of the shipment and has important engineering and application foreground. The main research of this paper can be included as follows:1. According to the barge force analysis the mathematic module of automatic water ballast adjustment is built and the heel and trim carriage of barge is controlled through the ballast water height adjustment. Meanwhile the change of tide and ballast pump capability is also thought over to the module for catholicity.2. The ballast system is composed of ballast pumps,pipeline and ballast cabins. Model of ballast pump is established according to the pricipal of centrifugal pump.In pipe line network, the nonlinear fomula on flux and pressure is linearized, and then the model of pipeline network is established by the way of matrixl. According to Principle of buoyancy and stability of ship,the model of buoyancy is also established.3. By analysing some important factors, established optimal software to supvise and control the excution of slippage shipment..4. Established the model system based PLC-PC combine theory in order to stimulation the excution of slippage shipment with the optimal software. Carry out the experiment simulation and through comparing the calculation data from two slide styles and different kind of cargo of shipment. Meanwhile conclusion is testified.
