The construction situation of inland waterway in Jiangsu province and the function of water carriage in Gross National Production are introduced , and the questions of operation in shiplock and the method of technique alteration are discussed, homologous proposals are tabled in this thesis. There are more than 100 shiplocks on the waterways in Jiangsu province. A majority of those were built before 80s. The concrete of those shiplocks are low. Commonly are below C20. Many shiplocks were damaged In this thesis , the reason of damaged concrete in the shiplocks are analyzed, the harm of sick concrete in shiplock constructions, the reason of concrete crack , the method of repair , and the needing materials are all expounded. And discuss the technique project of repairing.According to the character of silicon powder , optimizing the material, designing the ratio, adopting the best constructing technics , we obtain the silicon powder mortar. By experimentation in lab and construction locale , optimize the material of silicon powder mortar which adapt to repair the sick concrete in shiplock and the construction technics . Using the adsctitious material and controlling the quantity of this , the cohesion and contraction of silicon powder concrete make balance. Those solve the questions of crack. In this thesis ,the silicon powder mortar and the silicon powder concrete we developed have good character of high intensity, compactness, anti-abrasion, anti-percolation, and easily constructing, low cost. This material is first used in the shiplock repairing engineering , and this material not only can be used in shiplock repairing engineering ,but also can be used in other repairing concrete construction, and can be used to reinforce the surface of concrete.
