Dynamic Electrocardiogram Monitoring System Based on Wireless Network is a modern monitoring system which integrates the newest sensor technology, digital signal procession, wireless communication, network, computer technology. This system combines modern wireless common communication network to DCG monitoring technology, which accords with the trend that the network is becoming the new development direction of Measurement Technology and Instrument. Compared with traditional method, this system's function is stronger and the practicability is better.In this paper a founding method and implement of DCG monitoring system based on wireless network is described, including the particular practical scheme. The paper displays the design method of the hardware circuit and software program of the monitoring terminal. It also discussed the selection and design of digital filters fiting to this system for preprocession. In this system threshold and part exchanging algorithm are applied to identify ECG waves, the embranchment comparision based on relation rules which are abstracted is used to judge usual arrhythmia. Meanwhile, the paper introduced the design method and realization process of every function module of ECG database management system in monitoring center.The whole system includes two parts which are the ECG monitoring terminal, just the partable ECG monitoring device, and the ECG database management system in monitoring center. The monitoring terminal is the system's core, the design of which includes hardware circuits and software program. The hardware circuits are consisted of analoge filter circuits and microprocessor periphery circuits. The former is to collect, magnify, filter ECG signals. The latter includes the human interface circuit, RAM extension circuit, alarm circuit etc. The software part preprocesses, identifies ECG signal, diagnoses usual arrhythmia, and transmits ECG data with AT orders to control GPRS MEDOM. The management system in monitoring center mainly receives and stores ECG data, administers patient records and the system database. It also browses ECG data and reanalyzes them.Based on the research and realization mentioned above, the monitoring terminal can identify ECG signal exactly and meet with usual DCG monitoring. It also can offer a reference for the development and realization of the similar systems in the future.
