The use scope and amount of electric energy are increasing.In terms of electric power consumption data collection,Yingkou power supply company still adopts the traditional manual collection method.This method has low collection efficiency and low data collection accuracy,which makes the results of statistical analysis and monitoring analysis of power consumption data inaccurate.This has a serious impact on the formulation of marketing strategies,and makes it impossible to support the leadership's decisions.Meanwhile,the manual collection method increases the management cost of the company,and the staff may have security risks at any time.The level of power consumption data's comprehensive utilization and analysis is low,which cannot meet the company's needs in various majors and levels.Based on the problems existing in power consumption data collection management of Yingkou power supply company,Yingkou power supply company proposes to build a power consumption data collection system,it defines the system's functional structure,and completes the analysis of basic application module,advanced application module,operation management module,statistical query module and system management module and other functions through UML use case diagram,and defines the system's non-functional requirements.Then it carries on the system design,it mainly completes the system overall structure design and the network deployment structure design.It completes the system database design from two aspects of database logical structure design and physical structure design.It completes the detailed design of each function of the system through UML sequence diagram and activity diagram.Considering the system security,it completes the system security design work.In the process of implementation,with Java as development language and Oracle as database,it develops and implements the power consumption data collection system which is based on B/S architecture.It completes the introduction of the system each function page,the realization procedure flow and the core code.Finally,the system test is carried out to analyze the test results and confirm that the system test is passed.With the construction of the system,it completes the automatic collection,sharing and application of power consumption data.It makes the field operation more standardized,improves the efficiency of power consumption data collection management and realizes real-time online monitoring of metering devices.It can collect users' power consumption in real time and automatically.In the process of collection,the system ensures the timeliness,integrity and accuracy of the collected data,and provides effective data support for the establishment of marketing mechanism of Yingkou power supply company.With the application of system,the power consumption data can be used for abnormal processing,line loss analysis and distribution monitoring analysis,etc.,It can focus on monitoring power users.Through the system,they can monitor power consumption data in real time,and timely grasp the supply and electricity consumption and conduct statistics,analysis and query.It can provide effective and scientific data support for the company's power consumption data management and marketing strategy.
