Today, Fiber winding reinforce is one of the most advanced techniques in the field of project column building strengthen. Nowadays, manual operation is still the main way of winding fiber. Therefore, not only do the effect of reinforces for the speed and the tension of the fiber cannot be controlled, but also the danger for workers who work on the high framework increased. Otherwise, There is still no available equipment that could take the place of the worker to implement the fiber winding. Based on the requirement of this engineering project and the study of the FW-shaping machine, this paper put forward the conceptual design of the fiber reinforce winding machine.Based on the actual need of project, this paper introduce the concept of the fiber winding reinforce and the FW-shaping machine in brief, and carry out function analysis and craft movement decomposition from whole for system. Then put forward overall structural conception and design plan. The conceptual design model of machine is established. According to each structure module movement analysis and function, relevant structure model is set up and calculation is going on to definite geometry size for the important part.Taking advantage of the virtual technology and relevant engineering design software, the entity model and the virtual assembly are established. Furthermore, interference checking and kinematics simulation for the key parts are done, which verify the feasibility of the component design, the assembly and movement of the key parts.According to the strength situation of the system under working circumstances, the important parts of the system are analyzed by using of FEM. Based on the result of the FEM calculation, intensity and stiffness of these parts are checked which offer theoretical foundation for the feasibility of design.At the end of this paper, the tension control system used in fiber winding is explained, and based on the compare of advantage and disadvantage of some kinds of tension control executive components, the framework of the tension control system in the fiber winding reinforce is constructed.Above all, the main achievements of this paper are: bring up a method of solving the engineering problem in fiber winding reinforce; construct the framework for implement;provide support for engineering and technology development with knowledge and equipment; promote the progress of fiber reinforce.
