The control system of diesel generator involve many domains which include mechanism and sensor technique, information processing technique, computer control technique and control theory. Intelligence, digitization and network is necessary current of diesel engine control.We introduce the development and control system actuality of the diesel generator set in the control at the first of the text. In the second chapter ,we introduce holistic hardware design of the intelligent controller., which involve the revs control module, A/D module and LCD display module. For the revs control module, we acquire the revs by the EV management module of DSP and adopt the hardware circuit that produces PWM signal for revs control module. A/D module we use the A/D module in the DSP and measure the temperature of water and pressure of the oil. we connect the LCD display module with the DSP through the RS232 interface and achieve the real time display of the data that we measure.In the third chapter , it describes the holistic design of controller's software. We emphasis the revs control and adopt the fuzzy PID control arithmetic to adjust the parameter. In the fourth chapter ,it makes emulation study in allusion to different PID control arithmetic in the model of timing system and we compare them. it provides gist for revs control arithmetic design of diesel generator set. |
