Diesel generator set is often used in communications,banks,hotels,airports and other import departments as an emergency standby power supply and also is the main power for ship.As a power supply device,it is required to provide a stable voltage and frequency for the load.And if the generator set wants to obtain a stable voltage output,the engine speed is required to be in stable state.Most of the existing engine speed control systems adopt the traditional PID control scheme.Modern diesel engine electronic control system is adopting high-end chip and intelligent control algorithm more and more,which can increase the speed of the diesel engine obviously and improve the performance effectively.Based on this background,this article design a diesel generator set electronic speed control system using ARM_Linux embedded technology to ensure stable output of power generating units.Firstly,this article introduces the research background of the subject,analyzes the development status of domestic and foreign diesel engine speed regulation system and its control strategy.Then,on the basis of the existing problems and future development direction of the diesel engine speed regulation technology,elaborates the work content of this article.The working principle of the diesel engine generator set is analyzed,and the advanced embedded system is applied to the speed control technology of the diesel engine.Based on the analysis of traditional PID and fuzzy PID on the advantages and disadvantages,the neural network algorithm and fuzzy PID are combined to design a fuzzy neural network PID controller,the control algorithm and learning algorithm are analyzed.According to the mathematical model of the controlled object,the simulation results of Matlab/Simulink demonstrate the good controllability of fuzzy neural network PID.Secondly,the hardware design of the electronic speed control system is carried out with the S3C2440 microprocessor as the core.The article introduces the design of system framework design and ARM peripheral circuit,and then designs the speed signal acquisition module,the speed protection circuit,the idling / rated speed switching module and the temperature and pressure signal acquisition circuit.Finally,this article briefly introduces the software design of the electronic speed control system,which main content are the embedded system software and remote system.The software design of embedded system includes establish cross development environment,the U-Boot transplantation,Linux kernel cutting and transplantation,root file system,driver module writing and application design.The remote monitoring system is writing by C# language to realize the real-time monitoring of the running status of the speed regulating system.
