As backup power or power source of special occasions, dieselgenerators have been widely recognized by the society andtheirs applications continue to expand, theirs performance tends to beperfect. More and more people pay attention to diesel generatorcontroller which is the core components of the diesel generator. Alongwith the people to the energy requirements of continuity, the traditionaldiesel generator control system is low control accuracy, gives the startsignal slowly, cannot monitor the whole system, and has not satisfied themarket requirements. Therefore, the diesel generator controller whichregards a variety of digital chip as core arises at the historic moment.This paper established a mathematical model of the diesel engine,presents a diesel generator speed control mode. By using this dieselgenerator model, this paper set up three machine automatic parallelsimulation model. Using the simulation results, this paper designed thediesel generator single experiment platform, and debugged each part ofthe hardware circuit. Based on the experimental platform, the operationprocedure of the whole platform was designed. The main researchcontents of this paper are as follows:This paper introduces the basic composition of diesel generator, analysis and calculates the various parts of the mathematical model ofdiesel generator. This paper focuses on the analysis of the mathematicalmodel of diesel engine, the model were deduced. No difference speeddiesel generator model and difference model are proposed.Under the MATLAB simulation platform, a kind of control model-no difference of multi input fuzzy speed control of diesel generator wasput forward. With the speed control system of diesel generator, suddenload and unload load of two cases of diesel generator speed, voltage,power waveform were obtained. The simulation results show that, thespeed control system can improve the recovery rate of the dieselgenerator, improve the anti-interference of diesel generator.Based on single machine speed control simulation, using Steteflowas controller, three machine automatic parallel simulation system wasdesigned. This simulation verified the performance of the controller, hasprovided the theory and the simulation on the basis of test for the future.According to the simulation results of Stateflow, this paper designedthe diesel generator experiment platform, and the experimental platformwas divided into three parts-a main circuit, performs circuit andcontroller circuit. The circuit of every module were described, andhardware debugging results were given.Taking AT89S52as the actuator of the main control chip,TMS320F28335as the controller of the main control chip, the actuator and controller program were designed. The actuator includes startprocedures, speed control procedures, stop procedures, pressureregulating procedures and measurement procedures. The controllerincludes A/D sampling procedures, calculation procedures, the gridparameters capture procedures, ATT7022a table program andcommunication program, action program.
