| As the demand for the urban water increases greatly and water resources becoming more nervous, the contradiction between water supply and water consumption become outstanding day by day. But there are so many cities and towns in our country that they still adopted traditional water-supply way, which lead to supply water uneven, consume power heavily, and manage in backward state. Supply water pumping station is an important component of urban water supply system, and its basic task is to meet the requisition for water quantity, water pressure in the pipe network. Improving water-supply system economic benefits depends on supply water operation operating mode of pump station to a certain extent. Traditional constant speed pump water supply and experience schedule way have not be adapted to requiring modernly. In order to utilize the water resource fully, save the energy, reducing the energy consumption of the pump station is the main measure to improve the benefit of pumping station. This requires that adopting the new-type electrical machinery to adjust speed technology to the pump station, scheduling in real time and adjusting the operation way of the pumping station at any time according to the change of the actual condition of work, so as to make the pumping station works under the state of the high benefit, and realize the optimization of the municipal water distribution system.The water consumption of the pipe network changes at random, and the matching and grading of and the water pump are limited. In order to meet the requirement for water supply quantity, and receive the supreme operational efficiency of the water pump assembly, besides adjusting the speed, there must be complemented with the water pump assembly switched over. The purpose of the second water pumping station optimum is to consume energy at least on the condition of meeting required flow, lift and given constant pressure, and to utilize fully high-efficient active section of every pump at the same time. Its basic task is to confirm the best mode of combination of the water pump which operated in parallel and the best speed ratio of the speed water pump through setting up and solving the model of optimizing, thus the efficiency of the water-supply system isoptimum, the axle is minimum in power. Realizing the intelligent schedule of the water-supply pumping station can fully utilize the water resource, save the energy, make the safe economy of the urban water supply.This thesis investigates the design and development of intelligent schedule system of the second pumping station in water treatment plant. It is started with finding control target of the system - the characteristics of the water pump, and confirmed the high-efficient running area of the water pump; Set up the optimum model which based on power of the minimum axle suited to the project actually; Choose the Genetic Algorithm as the optimum algorithm to solve the model; Finally, provide the interface programming method between VB and MATLAB based on COM technology. In this system the supervise and control interface is written in VB procedure, and the Genetic Algorithm optima calculated part is realized in MATLAB and offered by way of COM. Therefore the implementing scheme of exchanging data between the intelligent schedule system and control interface procedure and MATLAB is realized. |
