Project schedule management is one of the three core tasks of project management.It is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project and is closely related to the interests of the participants of the project.The basis for schedule management comes from a reasonable schedule.The construction schedules with the minimum construction period or minimum cost are often not practical and need to be optimized.In the past,the schedule optimization research mainly focused on the theoretical research of the method of construction period,cost and resource optimization.There are few studies on the optimization of construction schedules combining BIM-5D technology with optimization theory intelligent algorithms.How to integrate the current construction schedule optimization theory and BIM technology into the construction management process,to achieve shortened construction period,reduce costs and improve quality is a problem to be solved.In this context,based on the analysis of traditional construction schedule optimization methods,research on BIM technology schedule optimization application advantages and value,this thesis proposes a time-cost optimization model,duration-quality optimization model considering the time value of funds.Based on the single-objective optimization model,a time-cost-quality multi-objective construction schedule optimization model was established.Based on this optimization model,the whole process of improved genetic algorithm was designed,including real-coded design,fitness function design,genetic operator design,and use MATLAB software programming to achieve simulation and calculation;Secondly,the technical analysis of BIM-5D schedule optimization is carried out,and the method of using BIM-5D technology to realize construction schedule optimization is proposed.The BIM-3D model,cost model,schedule-resource model establishment,collision check and BIM-5D construction simulation are introduced in detail;Then,the integrated development of BIM-5D technology and improved genetic algorithm schedule optimization is carried out,and the framework and physical structure of BIM-5D technology and multi-objective improved genetic algorithm progress optimization integration system are constructed.The characteristic analysis,function design and integration of integrated system are carried out.The design of the system operation interface;Finally,the thesis analyzes the theoretical methods and model algorithms of this thesis through engineering actual cases,and verifies the feasibility and superiority of the research results.Through the research of the thesis,BIM-5D visual information technology and multi-objective optimization genetic algorithm system can be effectively combined.Construct an integrated platform that combines the advantages of multiple systems to comprehensively optimize the construction progress of the project.Applying their respective advantages to the optimization of project schedules,making schedule optimization more scientific and reasonable,has certain theoretical and practical significance.
