| The leakage of the building has become a common issue in construction project quality. It not only disturbs people's normal life, works order, but also results in huge economic lose of nation. Therefore, building waterproof plays an important role in construction project, and its assurance of the building's usage function and life can't be underestimated.Cement based capillary crystalline waterproof materials is a kind of newly fashioned material to solve the problem of concrete's leakage, its function mechanism is that the actived chemistry materials in the material leak toward inner part when reacted with water, and become to crystallization in concrete which can not be dissolved in water, these materials build up the hair pore, which make concrete finer and waterproof. Currently the product of this aspect is not widely used in nation. Little research has been made in the field of its behavior and function mechanism. This paper aims at the emergent engineering problem, and puts forward the applied study of cement based capillary crystalline waterproof materials and its countermeasures in AAR disease. So there are realistic meaning and innovation in this paper.According to the reviewed references, the paper preliminarily determines the basic composition and its proportion of the coating, then according to material feature attained by the proportion, choose the original material. Based on experiment of the original material, optimal test of the coating is carried out. Then according to optimal result, optimal volume of the basic proportion in coating is found using the method of orthogonal test, and the coating formula is determined. Therefore, according the national code, coating performance is detected and determined whether it attain the request of the national standard or not. At the same time, it is compared with the same type waterproof coating, KOSTER, which is used widely. Through the test result, the character of the coating is analyzed. |
