Waterborne permeable crystalline waterproof material has the function of curing,repairing and strengthening concrete,and is mainly used in concrete structure selfwaterproof,restraining concrete cracking,improving concrete strength and other practical projects.Application of water-based permeable crystalline waterproof material on the surface of concrete can improve the water permeability resistance of concrete,and thus improve the durability of concrete.Therefore,it is of certain significance to study the water-permeable crystalline waterproof material.In this paper,through the research of water permeable crystalline waterproof materials,the following main conclusions are drawn:Through the orthogonal experiment,make reference mortar specimens and the mortar in the use of reaction type and type of water-based materials after processing mortar permeability test specimens,for resistance to water penetration pressure indicators,through the poor and variance analysis,the reaction type and type of two kinds of water-based permeable crystallization type material in this experiment,the optimal proportion of selected factors and levels.Using the above configuration of reaction type and type of water-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material,painted with different age as a variable,and adopt the standard curing after spraying material and natural curing two maintenance mode,analysis of reaction type and type of water-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material on the water absorption of mortar,mortar compressive strength and the influence of concrete strength,The best spraying age and the most suitable curing method were obtained.The results show that the reaction type and curing type materials have the best effect when they are both treated with standard curing after spraying.However,when natural curing is used,the 28 d water absorption rate and 28 d compressive strength of the specimens treated with curing type materials are better than those treated with reaction type materials.The optimal spraying age of reactive materials is 1d.With the later spraying age,the water absorption at 28 d increases and the compressive strength at 28 d decreases.The optimal spraying age of curing materials is 14 d,and the water absorption at 28 d decreases and the compressive strength increases with the later spraying age.The reaction type and curing type water-based permeable crystalline waterproof material prepared above are adopted,and local materials of Anji are used to make mortar specimens and concrete specimens for durability test.The results show that the mass loss rate of the mortar prism specimen sprayed with water-permeable crystalline waterproof material is significantly lower than that of the specimen not sprayed with hydrochloric acid solution.Compared with untreated specimens,the corrosion resistance coefficients of the samples treated with reactive and solidified materials are significantly increased.Compared with the non-sprayed material,the water seepage height of the concrete impermeable specimens with the sprayed reaction type and the solidified material decreased by 17.35% and 29.36%,respectively.The average cracking area of early crack resistant concrete specimens with sprayed reactive and cured materials is reduced by 49.20% and 42.25%,respectively,compared with that without sprayed materials. |
