The railway station signal interlocking system is a key equipment to ensure safety and improve the transportation efficiency. Nowadays, the electric centralization and the computer-based interlocking system with relays as executive machine are widely used in the field of railway station signal control. This kind of interlocking system has some problems, such as too much maintenance workload, low reliability and high cost. The intellectualized electronic implementing module can improve the reliability and the safety, reduce system cost. So this module is a development direction of interlocking system.On the research and application background of interlocking system implementing electronic control, the main research works about point electronic control module in this paper are as follows:1. Based on related references, development of railway signal interlocking system and implementing layer of system are summarized, analyzes the essentiality of all electronic interlocking system.2. Based on the structure of general interlocking system, designs the structure of two out of two multiplying electronic interlocking system and the key technology module.3. The electronic design principle of control module is discussed, and according to the technical conditions and operating principles, the designs of two out of two point electronic control module are given. Research on how use redundancy codes to realize fail-safe communication based on CAN.4. Discusses the anti-jamming method of point electronic control module, analyzes the reliability and the safety of point electronic control module.Through system analyze and test, get the conclusion that the point electronic control module accords with the requirement of railway signal technology standard, fulfils railway operation and speed-up safety in the new period.
