To solve the problem of routes distinguish of expressway network, this paper, in the interest of each provincial and regional expressway networking charge centre, studies how to charge toll to each traffic vehicle reasonable and how to allocate toll among different owners of expressways, gives theories to supporting the above methods, and gives theoretical basis for expressway networking charge centre to establish tolling polices and to divide toll.Therefore, the paper analyzes the significances of studying expressway routes distinguish theories and different methods, introduces the study about the question at home and abroad; explains the theories of expressway routes distinguish, puts forword the principles and measures of expressway routes distinguish, and analyses the influencing factor of expressway routes distinguish techniques; introduces kinds of expressway routes distinguish techniques, compares them carefully and evaluates theirs advantages and disadvantages, analyzes the relative factors of selecting of routes distinguish techniques, attempts to support more information to every provincial or regional expressway networking charge centre through the research; aiming at the present condition of our coutry, the paper attempts to put forword one improved method of Burell's traffic probability allotting model to solve above problem, defines the parameters renewedly and accounts for the parameters.At last the paper applied above methods to the southern expressway network in Jiangshu Province, and put forward a set of solving scheme.
