The construction of China's expressway was significantly accelerated, the total mileage of highways were built up to 34,300 kilometers,45,300 kilometers,53,600 kilometers,60,300 kilometers from 2005,2006,2007,2008, the average annual mileage of more than 5000 km. Huge amount of traffic flow of highway generated enormous, in which multi-path road tolls of the total travel costs of 3.3‰. Expressway Toll Road charging is the trend of development high-speed inevitable, it is said that the application of interconnection charges should be promote by the Ministry of Traffic department in China. The progress of path identification technology impacts the benefits among investors, management and road users. Under the complex road network environment, how to achieve the accurate divide the total high-speed toll sp that leads to the correct amounts, which is being regarded as high theoretical and practical significance.First, complex road network is being analysis, technology platform used IC card as the mainstream tools in China, non-contact type IC card technology and two-dimensional bar code technology for complex road network of the interconnection charge status.
