Author takes civilician house of typical chinese traditionalbuilding representatives as a example,analyse earth ecological aplliance in Chinsetraditional civilician house.With re-understanding earth on the basis of ecology,author studies both ecological appliance values and culture values.Aims at theseveral problems about using of earth at present, each thinking as reference havebeen point out.Finally,author researchs the possibility of earth appliance in modernarchitecture and indoors.
