Analyzing the current exploitation and utility of water resource in Guangdong Province, the paper masters the establishment of supply-water, supply and use of water, the makeup of water utilization, the index of water utilization, the efficiency of water utilization, the degree of surface water exploitation and utilization and the water quality of water-supply etc, these results supply the theoretic base for analyzing the prospect of the water exploitation and utilization.
