Study On The Water Quantity Delivered From The South-north Water Transfer Project To Jinan

According to the general requirement of the South-north Water Transfer Project, in this thesis, the surface water and the groundwater in each water resources calculating sub-region of Jinan is analyzed, calculated and evaluated respectively. And the critical problems existing in water resources development and utilization of the planning area is illustrated. In terms of the current degrees of the water resources development and utilization, the spring zone is divided into three parts for the first time, such as the restricted, transcended and prohibited zone, and the index of the spring protection and the threshold of groundwater exploitation are put forward Further more, based on the tenet and principle, for instance, the water saving has priority and the control pollution is the base, etc., the potential, quantity of water saving and quantity of wastewater effluent in different level years are forecasted . The drainage and use plan of urban sewage and rainwater, and the plan of sewage treatment and reclamation are studied out simultaneously. The amount of water supplied and needed under the different factors of assurance in different year is predicted. Based on the result of the calculated shortage of water, finally, the amount of water needed to be transferred from the Yangtze river is determined According to the above analysis, some subjects for the cost and price of supply water are also proposed and some comprehensive countermeasures for relieving the supply and demand contradiction of water resources and protecting the aquatic environment by using transferred water resources are suggested. The conclusions in this thesis will provide the technical base for the implement of the south-north water transfer project both in Jinan and the whole county. It will also be proved to be very helpful for the development, utilization, efficient management and the protection of the water resources.
