The pouring of concrete dam is a very important component in the water resources and hydropower construction, especially in the project with large scale, high construction intensity and urgent period. And the computer simulation of dam concrete pouring system can guide the construction organization design and construction process of dam concrete pouring, combining the accurate computing and quick reaction of computer with the practical experience of engineers and technicians, we can make the simulation close to actual circumstance, so as to express the objective law of dam concrete pouring and the intention of policymakers at the same time. Besides thact, according to the simulation course, we can calculate some indexes as the reference of controlling and designing system, so as to lighten the technicians' intensity of calculation, shorten the formulation time of construction scheme, improve the precision of the quantitative index of construction scheme and machinery mating scheme, guide project design and construction management.Adopting the theory of discrete event system simulation, this dissertation sets up the simulation model of dam construction process with object-oriented method, and designs the pouring simulation program to simulate the real construction process, predict the construction period and verify whether the construction schedule can meet the demand of construction diversion. Through adjusting some construction control indexes, we can carry on sensitivity analysis to find the factors that influence the dam construction schedule greatly, and to get the avenue of accelerating the project schedule. Meanwhile, using visualization simulation technology, we can express the data input before simulating, simulation course and simulation result visually, so as to strengthen the readability of simulation and provide convenience to construction organization designer and administrative staff.In the construction simulation of concrete dam, the arrangement of concrete pouring block is a very important issue, it influences the construction period of dam directly. This dissertation tries to study a kind of new arrangement method, and puts forward a set of evaluation index system of different pouring block arrangement methods, it offers policymakers the reference for choosing arrangement method.
