| The earth-rock work is an important part of water conservancy and hydropower projects. With the improvement and development of construction machinery, construction technique and the level of technology, the construction scale of earth-rock work is increasingly enlarged. The fast quantity calculation and balance allocation planning of the earth-rock work become more and more important in project construction.This paper improved the traditional grid method for the quantity calculation of the earth-rock work, resolved some problem in it and achieved the fast, efficient and accurate quantity calculation for earth-rock work, by the help of digital elevation model's precise numerical description to the terrain surface and powerful calculating ability of computers. This method can be used not only in the quantity calculation of the earth-rock work, but also in the calculation of analogous volume and capacitance. Some questions in digital elevation model were discussed detailedly, such as the obtaining of data points, the fast searching of reference points, the interpolation algorithm of quadric surface, the abnormal data eliminating, and so on. And this paper has realized the 3D vectorization of 2D terrain maps, the 3D display and edit of DEM data with the help of secondary development of CAD.This paper also improved some existing problem in the balance allocation planning of earth-rock work, thoroughly considered the restraint conditions and the factors interfered by people, perfected the optimization model of dynamic allocation, then solved by two stages simplex method of linear programming. At the same time, introduced conveying mechanical model that can truly reflect the transportation condition of the roads. The methods have been put into factual practice (The research on the balance allocation planning of earth-rock work in Xiangjiaba hydropower station project) , and have gained good results.Summarily, the main contents and achievements of this thesis are listed as following.(1) The DEM theory was detailedly discussed. By the research the characteristics of DEM and the grid method for the quantity calculation of the earth-rock work, discussed the application of DEM to the grid method, realized the fast and accurate mass quantity calculation of the earth-rock work and validated the practicability of the method by the calculation of residue sites capability.(2) Based on the automatization interface technology of ActiveX, realized the 3D vectorization of 2D maps, the discretization of contour data and the 3D display of DEM.(3) Analyzed the influential factors of the matching relations in allocation system of earth-rock work and ranked the matching relations according to the different influential factors to fulfil the actual demands of the different project.(4) Improved the primary road model for the allocation of earth-rock work, introduced the conveying mechanical model, so the model can more truly reflect the transportation condition of the roads. Provided the reference for the construction organization enterprises by the statistic, such as the intensity of the roads, the density of the vehicles, etc. |
