Allocation of earth-rock is the key question of the whole situation in the concrete face rock-fill dam construction, involving a great deal of respects that construction schedule and general layout, material field plan, machinery deployment, etc. So, how to allocate earth-rock high-quality, high-efficiently and transport earth-rock smoothly, influence quality, cost and time limit of the whole project, and concerning the success or failure of the project.Through the system analysis of the concrecte face rock-fill dam's earth-rock allocation at first; the author divides it into two subsystems: allocation of earth-rock planning and transportation simulation. Based on the integrated theory of models, this thesis conbines two subsystems closely together, set up dynamical earth-rock allocation system model. According to the characteristic of earth-rock dynamicl allocation; the author set up earth-rock allocation mathematics model and transportation system simulation model respectively with Operations Research and Dynamic Cycle Operation Network technology. Thereinto, earth-rock allocation mathematics model considers qualitative and quantitative factotrs in the course of allocation, reflects space-time and dynamic characteristic and makes the allocate result accord with actual construction; Transportation simulation system model considers various kinds of construction border, which has dynamic characteristic in the construction course, has a advantage of facilitating modeling. And then, based on the theory and the method of software engineering, works out the corresponding software of concrete face rock-fill dynamic allocation, realizes the demand of allocating dynamically. Finally, an engineering example shows the model's rationality and applicability.
