| In our country the crafts of mandril mold stripping of the solid-rocket engine is all in the artificial state for a long time.Thus there is no guarantee in the production. This thesis design a project to to realise the automatic mandril mold stripping system, the operater can control the system in the control room of the explosion-proof in long-range , and the system had already put into practice for half a year.Machinery and hydraulic pressure are the foundation and prerequisite of the system. Through the design of the mechanical part can substitute the worker to finish the work of leading and orientating artificially, through fluid drive to transmit power and realize the movements of the executive body. It not only realize the up-down of the platform and mandril mold stripping ,but also meet the demand of blast shelter.Control system realize data sampling and long-range control mainly. The system include epigynous and hypogynous machine. The next machine finishes the collection communication of the data, in order to monitor the operation conditions of the equipment. We select 89S52 Single-Chip Microcomputer for use as top management system , realize many way analog quantity and sampling , switch of quantity.We choose AD7502 to realize the switching of multi-swfit and AD574 chip for A/D transformation. As far as humidity , we adopt 8251 chip to expand serial corresponding port to meet the demand of RS-485 communicate; The smog can be gathered through I/O port expanding directly.Because data memory capacity and data processing ability of the Single-Chip Microcompute are relatively low, we send data to PC to realize controlling data processing by kingview. Use the data communication application program of Vb to realize the data communication of the Single-Chip Microcomputer and the kingview.Utilize kingview to develop a friendly man-machine interface. At the sametime, utilize configuration controlling part and lens to control in real time, show the pressure real-time trend of mandril mold stripping , window autoalarm, write down historical value to show historical trend curve in helping technical worker analyse parameter to guide manufacture. Finally summarizing the wide prospect and expansibility of the system. |
