This article deriving from the development of the monitoring system of automatic stripping process of the guided missile engine of a chemical plant, designs a small-scale distributing control system composed of the digital transmitter , programmable logic controller (PLC ) and industry PC. This paper discussed the overall composition scheme of the system and confirmed the systematic hardware. According to the technological requirement of the automatic stripping system, the paper realized the sequence control of movements of stripping process well. Two kinds of different ways were adopted to collect analog signals, one is traditional AD module style; Another way is that PLC connected with integrated warm humidity transmitter directly, transmitted the analog signal data by way of serial communication. In the mean time, a link system made up of the PLC link adapter realized the detected data share between PLCs. So it was convenient to achieve the data communication between PLCs and upper computer only through the RS232 serial port of a PLC and the upper computer. To make monitoring and control system more operable, the paper use the kingview software form BEIJING Asiacontrol Automatic Software Co.,Ltd to develop the monitoring and control system, which recorded the real-time field data and monitored the device state. The dynamic operation interface with WINDOWS style included the record inquiring, alarm and real-time simulation ,etc.
