| The problem of the vibration-control is very important.It is concerned with thepersonal safety and the normal operation of facilities. Especially,with more and morehigh-tech and new facilities used and the people's living standard improved,the standard ofvibration-control is also more and more strict.That effectively decrease the vibrations andits harm is an important research task in vibration-control.This paper creatively put forward a new type anti-shock isolator-the Lead-Disc SprigIsolator.Moreover,based on the theory analysis,this paper put forward the isolator's designtheory and analytical methods,the calculation formula about stiffnessJdamp and bearingcapacity of the isolator,the checking methods of ultimate deformation of the isolator.Based on static and dynamical experiments,the paper experiment the isolator in itslasting properties.The experiment results indicate that the isolator own good lastingproperties.When the loads are applied over eight thousands cycles under different loadconditions,the change that the parameters of the isolator's stiffness and damp is small.It isshown that the isolator can be applied in some base-isolation. It is also shown that theisolator is not applied in the base-isolation that is frequently and largely loaded,when theseals between the protruding shaft and the gudie pipe are not strict.Firstly,a new-style assembled isolator that is composed of wire rope isolators anddishing springs is proposed to reconstructing an explosive laboratory's base-isolatedsystem.At the same time,the relevant base-isolated projects are presented and the assembledisolators are tested.Then the dynamic responses of the isolation system is nonlinearanalyzed by two-freedom model with damp.The influence of both stiffness and damp of theisolation layer on the dynamical reaction of isolation system is studied.Some parameter ofthe isolation system is optimized.When the stiffness of the isolation layer is about10kN/mm and the damp is between 0.20 and 0.35,the results showed that the dynamic loadsin the isolation layers are the minimum and the other dynamic reactions of the isolationsystem satisfy the design needs.The proposed isolator in the paper can be used in other base-isolated.The anti-shockproblem is effectively solved by using the assembled isolator. Being reconstructed ,theanti-shock capability of the explosive laboratory is increased 50 percent. The design ,calculation and analysis methods presented in the paper are used strongly for reference in other isolation designs. |
