Since the bio-chemical weapon has been used in the war, for the big lethality, affects the area to be broad, the success ratio is high and the cost low status characteristic, it favors many nations. With the leap development of the science and technology, especially the biological technology development, the type of bio-chemical weapon is diversification. It is well known that the bio-chemical weapon is loathed deeply by people with frighten, the world all should oppose uses it, and the international law also definite orders prohibition develops and uses the bio-chemical weapon. However, many countries have not interrupted to the bio-chemical weapon development, the development, the production, and even once has used the bio-chemical weapon in the present local war neutral terrorist event. It was also frequently mentions between the current international thing the country to suspect has the bio-chemical weapon. Then why the bio-chemical weapon is received the people's attention? What is the bio-chemical weapon? What disasters has it brought to the humanity? What ethics question has it contained? In this article, the author gave to the elaboration from the life ethics, environment ethics and the war ethics aspects pondered the biological weapon ethics question. Finally, the article focus on the reality, talked about whole world bio-chemical weapon situation and its development tendency, and pointed out the humanity will be supposed to the bio-chemical weapon threat so that to make any guards measure. The elimination bio-chemical weapon is not a matter of one day; it needs joint effort of the world. Simultaneously for our happy life this article appealed the people enhance the understanding.
