Studies On The Controllable Indicators In Controllable Detailed Planning Based On The Perspective Of Urban Design

Controllable detailed planning is a pivotal arrangement pattern with links to past and future and ideas of management and execution as well as the concept of urban design. More emphasis is placed on the core controllable indicator system in the panning management. However, as the fast development of land system revolution and real estate industry, urban construction has become profit oriented, immaterializing environmental interest and social interest and gravely destroying the special milieu. Besides, controllable indicators commonly is regarded as limiting land development extent, neglecting the role as guiding the protection of urban special environment. Thus the urban design research is a weak aspect in this field. Thus, it is a important program how to perfect the present controllable detailed planning through urban design research and how to promote the special environmental construction in line with controlling land development. This paper has distinguished the dialectical relation between urban design and controllable detailed planning according to the basic theory .from the perspective of urban design and the experience of relative cases abroad and at home, it has been proposed that the concept of urban design should penetrated into compiling the controllable indicator system in order to create sound urban environment and promote the development of both sides.
