The Development And Application Of TDJK-DS203A Electric-Lockable Controllable Retarder

In recent years,Controllable Retarder has been widely used in railway marshalling yard in China and U.S.A.,and a new type of controllable continuum speed control system is formed.This successful study of controllable retarder promotes the development of hump design theory.In view of the low level of automaticity of Chinese railway marshalling yard,TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder has been developed,and the theory and experimental study of the structure characteristic,the principle of work and the application effect have been carried on.Firstly,with the design principle instruction to study the design planning of TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder,the structural style of TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder is determined,realizing the lockable function of the retarder to satisfy the request of the transportation production.The theoretical analysis of TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder is carried on,establishing mathematical model of the retarder body and solenoid valve.Use mathematical model to explain the speed judgment of the retarder speed valve,analyzing the force state of the retarder by integral way,and the analysis to the solenoid valve transmission device is carried on.Then to TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder,the principle experiment and the performance test is carried on to certificate this product meets the design request.Also,testing the upper cavity of the sliding cylinder and the braking force of the retarder to verify the theory analytical exactitude.And a function experiment of the improved backhaul valve is carried on,the experiment study effect of the infection that backhaul valve fluid hole to backhaul time,effect of nitrogen pressure to backhaul time,effect of temperature to backhaul time.With the operating experiment,improving TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder can meet the transport requirement in the marshalling yard.Finally,the application situation and the use effect of TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable redarder in the Jiayuguan station is introduced,proving that TDJK-DS203A type electric-lockable controllable retarder and automatic speed control system of controllable retarder by computers can adapt high cold,high temperature,plateau low atmospheric pressure circumstance.
