The Redeveloping And Designing Of High-Living Density Habitation In The City Center

This dissertation discusses habitation redeveloping in the center of Chinese cities in the view of developing / masterminding , planning / designing, and strive to find a way to resolve it with high feasibility, continuance and benefit to people who reside in it .Therefore, this article discourses upon it in these three aspects: habitation status, the compare and analysis of existed theory and practice, and strategy research. In the first place, with the beginning of the pressure of house construction in the center of cities, and the significance of high-density habitations, this article discusses the significance of the constructing high-density habitations to the making use of land efficiently. And then, among the existed theory and practice, with the historical research and practice as the key, this article generalizes the main achievement of houses construction in the habitation in latter-day and modern times and today's research result, analyses their achievement, advantages and disadvantages, compares theme from the aspects of develop strategy, designing/construction, consults their advantages and disadvantages, indicates the model that "government as the dominant, cooperate with developers"is the way to solve this problem of renewal and construction of habitation in Chinese city. At last, according to the fact status of the typical cities in China, this article advances the strategy of developing and designing. And it also from the three aspects: building product masterminding, planning and architecture designing, discusses developing new habitation in the old center of a city, with original neighborhood, higher comfort and land utilizing rate, and within continual character in the issue. The article points out that our country is still in the historical progress of industrialization, resource and population is gathering toward cities, the theory of high-density inhabitancy must be advocated, it is the choice of the progress of the developing society, and this article also provides the technical means to achieve that theory.
