This paper describes the technologic of continuously fouling monitoring on heattransfer surface during boiler operation and developing situation, tendency in China andforeign. Considered physical process of the regenerate changing of the tube and steam, itfounded the heat balance equation when the charge is dynamic changed based on the old heatbalance equation using the general operation data of boiler. Using some 300MW boiler asa actual object, it tested the low temperature superheater that conclude counting andanalyzing the regenerate's influence when the charge is steadying, rising or falling. And thispaper presents continuously fouling monitoring on heat transfer surface during boileroperation when the charge is steady or change and operating instructional system. Itincluded primary system and net promulgate system that explain the aspects aboutmodularize, function and interface, etc.
