| According to the requirements on the power plant running economy and theoperation management, Based on the process simulation and analysis method of thermalpower system, a set of tube wall temperature online monitoring expert diagnosissystem is designed. In the support of integrated modular modeling system, setting upboiler thermal analysis model,tube wall temperature calculating model and life-timeanalysis model, taking advantage of management information system of power plant togain the operating data, online calculate the tube wall temperature and life-time ofheating surface and use expert knowledge to diagnose overtemperature of heating surface,it is good for the study of safe performance of boiler heating surface. According to theapplication of the system, it can not only online monitor the running state of metaltemperature of heating surface in real time, but also reasonably do a favor to instructoperator based on all kinds of performance analysis, it plays an important function inimproving the operational economics and reliability.
