Based on the anaysis of the actual on-line monitoring technology for MOA, thispaper used many experiments to analyze the variation of characteristic parameters underdifferent stresses, and with the help of results from the field, we got the effective methodto distinguish the different incidents. Simulated the influences to on-line monitoringresults of MOA by the factors such as voltage fluctuation and voltage harmonics(including the phase and content of harmonic), and got the influence degree of thefactors that affected the on-line monitoring data of MOA. Analyzed the influence ofinter-phase capacitance to on-line monitoring data of MOA in the theory, and with thehelp of summarizing the solutions in the on-site detection, we modified the mathematicalmodel for processing the data of MOA, and used the data fusion technology to optimizethe on-line monitoring data of MOA. Finally, simulated the actual environmental factorsin the laboratory, and analyzed the influencing rules of these factors to on-linemonitoring data of MOA. For these different factors, we used the grey relational analysisto quantify the similarity between on-line monitoring data of MOA and environmentalfactors. From this we can estimate the insulation condition of MOA correctly.
