Studies On The Indoor Thermal Environment Of The Commercial Buildings With Atrium

In this paper, the indoor thermal environment of the commercial buildings withatrium is studied. The indoor parameter datum measuring on the spot of one certaincommercial building indicate that: because of the existence of chimney effect in thiskind of buildings, the temperature difference along the vertical direction iscomparatively lager which effects the thermal environment of the neighboring andconnected domain with the atrium. After researching some main factors which effect theindoor thermal environment of the commercial buildings with atrium put forward somemeasures to improve it. With the method of numerical simulation the three-dimensionalflow field and temperature field under several kinds of different air mode are obtained,the air conditioning load modification method is put forward, and the modificationcoefficients are obtained. After analyzing the result of the numerical simulation and themodification coefficients, the air modes suit to this kind of commercial buildings withatrium is obtained.
