This paper is a part of Daqing Bridge strengthening project. The study focuses on nondestructive test techniques and analysis methods in reliability assess of engineering structures. In the recent years, researchers home and abroad propose all kinds of test methods for different types of bridge damage. Among them ,one kind of test method is attractive, that is, reliability assess through testing changes of structural dynamic parameters and vibrational test from bridges. According to principle of bridge vibration ,this paper lead through boundary condition of free beam and deduce vibrational equation of free beam to solve rigidity and model of vibration. The paper introduces many method of test assessment home. Through appearance test, nondestructive test, dead-load experiment, live experiment, it design proper trace routine in engineering practice to assess bridge state.
