According to the present《Specifications for design of small-sized hollow block of concrete with hight weight aggregates》(GB15229--94),a small—sized hollow block of concrete with flyash, self-burning coal stone aggregates is obtained for sustaining weight walls of multistory buildings. Firstly,according to uniform design philosophy,designed the optimum mix of the block , and some technical performance intex such as the compressive strength , apparent density,water absorption, percent moisture content ,oftening coefficient , charring coefficient ,the loss of freezing resistance strength,the loss of freezing resistance quality ect. are checked ,all of them meet with the specifications. Secondly, the compressive strength of the block is forcasted with BP nerve internet. Thirdly , with analyzed the influence of the amount of adding to flysh on the freezing resistance utilizing the test data,and obtained the curves. Finally,we have popularized the test result in the Limited Company of FuXin Construction Material ,the kind of block has been produced ,and it has been ultilized at the site construction.
