In order to construct a "clear water, green riverside, beautiful scenery, carefreetour" riverside scenery so as to suit to the large international metropolis, Tianjingovernment decided to make the biggest transformation to Haihe river in Tianjinhistory to build a famous river in the word, so that the river is to be constructed into aunique characteristic, internationally first-classic economy zone, scene area andculture belt.The part of Haihe river in the city goes through the most flourishing area in thecity center, and the winding river course, seriously eroded riverside, complicatedgeological condition, densely dotted building along the river and intricate pipelineplace greatly restrict and limit the construction of the riverside protection engineering.On the promise that there is no negative effect to the nearby buildings andunderground pipelines, the selection of the design plan must be based on reasonabledesign, economical cost, convenient construction and shorted time limit. Aftercomparison, the reinforced concrete sheet pile wall in combination with anchor rodstructure was adopted for the levees.Most of the calculation principles in engineering design used half-experimentaland half-theoretical method at present, so there are certain datum differences betweenthe scheduled structure parameter and drafted boundary condition and the actualcondition of the engineering implementation. And there are some datum differences inmany ways between the theoretic calculation and actual engineering, many problemscan not be still expressed quantitatively, especially in the soft-soiled hydraulicengineering, the comprehensive force index of earth and hydraulic pressures can bedifficultly measured, and the calculation methods also have certain differences, so it isnecessary to accumulate experiences for correcting the deficiency in the theoreticcalculation.In this thesis, the design data of the working area are briefed, the structurecalculations are done with the FRWS v4.0 (named Qimstar) in combination with theactual engineerings, and the on-the-spot experiments with buried monitor are done.Through the theoretical calculation and experimental test analysis, the reliability andreasonability of the structure are used in the design are verified. The sequence of thedesign – on-the-spot observation – readjustment in the construction is used to solvethe datum differences between the theoretic calculation and the actual engineeringAfter comparing the result of the theoretic calculation with that of theon-the-spot test, it is proved that all the presumptions and parameters used in thedesign are right, which provides the basis for improving the design and raising thelevel of the whole engineering.
