At present, the reliability and safety of vessels is becoming more and moreimportant with the complexion of the instrument in vessels and improvement of theautomatization. The condition of the rotating mechanics is the most important to theperformance of the vessels. The excessive vibration of the rotating mechanics will notonly make passengers uncomfortable, but also cause damage to the vessels to someextent. The vibration of the rotating mechanics is more important to the naval vesselsfor their specific purpose. Based on this issue, the distributed on-line vibrationmonitoring network system provide real-time monitor to the rotating mechanics invessels.The signal of vibration is hard to process in time-domain because of itscomplexion. We accomplished its process in frequency-domain after FIR filter withDSP chip. We also accomplished the debugging of the communication between oneunit and CAN bus and center computer.The paper's content is introduced briefly as followed:1. The improvement and debugging of hardware designed by predecessorare fulfilled.2. Based on the lucubrate of digital signal process, the programming anddebugging of digital signal process in which FIR filter and FFT areincluded based on DSP are fulfilled. The analysis of vibration signal isaccomplished in frequency domain.3. The debugging of the network's communication is fulfilled after thenetwork's link. The function of the system is validated through theprocess and analysis of the vibration signal generated by signal generator.
