At present,the problem of aging population in our country is becoming increasingly severe,and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the most important threat to the life and health of the elderly.Physiological signals can be used to characterize the vital indicators of the human body.The pathological features of such diseases are usually reflected at the physiological signal level.Therefore,the study of physiological signals is of great significance to clinical medicine and the treatment of diseases.The premise that the physiological signal is used for analysis is to process it to obtain a relatively pure target signal,and thus involves the filtering and denoising of the physiological signal.This article focuses on the treatment of four typical physiological signals.The digital filter is designed to filter typical physiological signals by using filtering algorithms and DSP Builder modeling.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:This article describes the research background and significance of physiological signals,and introduces the research status of physiological signals at home and abroad.Understanding almost all research based on physiological signals,signal analysis can not be separated from the signal denoising.After detailed discussion of the mechanism and characteristics of physiological signals and the filtering principle of digital filters,this paper designs a digital filter with corresponding performance based on the characteristics of physiological signals,and simulates the filter parameters.Apply the above simulation parameters to the DSP Builder digital filter modeling,and then convert the DSP Builder built digital filter model to the standard hardware description language through the Signal Compiler module,which will be used for subsequent FPGA implementation of the digital filter.the ModelSim simulation is used to verify the performance of the digital filter in combination with the converted hardware description language and the written incentive script;finally board-level debugging is performed,Use Signal Tap II to capture real-time signals and observe the interaction between hardware and software.The comparison of the results shows that the filtering performance of the designed digital filter complies with the theoretical value range of physiological signals.
